On behalf of the City of Aberdeen and the Aberdeen Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, we look forward to hosting the 2024 SDHSAA Girls State Softball Championship.
Attention SDHSAA State Softball Tournament Athletes and Coaches!
We will be hosting an ice cream social and pizza party pitching challenge for the athletes on Wednesday, May 29th starting at 5:00pm on the Malchow Plaza (506 S Main Street) in downtown Aberdeen.
New this year is the Pizza Party Pitching Challenge!
Pitchers from each team can participate in a chance to win a pizza party for their team donated by Domino’s Pizza of Aberdeen and the Aberdeen Area Convention & Visitors Bureau. Each team will receive one entry for participating and an additional entry for each strike thrown. Once all entries are in, we will draw one team from each class to win a pizza party.
SDHSAA State Girls Softball Coaches Meeting
Coaches meeting will be held at the Capital Theater just a few short steps from the ice cream social and pizza party pitching challenge. Coaches will meet in the new digital theater. This will accommodate more room to host your meeting.
