Room Availability Request for *Event Name*
To better serve our hotel partners as well as event planners, and at the request of the BID II board during the March 2019 Work Session, the Aberdeen Area Convention & Visitors Bureau will be sending a request to all member hotels to check availability for any conference(s) or event(s) that is applying for funding.
Completing the form below will ensure there are enough hotel rooms available to accommodate attendees for the potential convention or event listed below.
