T.E.A.M. Conference

The Chamber and the Aberdeen Area Human Resource Association are excited to once again host a conference right here in Aberdeen that focuses on issues directly affecting your business and your workforce. We will be holding the 2024 TEAM Conference (formerly known as the Workforce Innovation Summit) on Thursday, Oct. 17, at the Best Western Ramkota. TEAM stands for Talent Engagement, Acquisition, & Management.

This one-day conference will be held at the Best Western Ramkota in Aberdeen and is open to business owners, employers, human resource professionals, and managers from Aberdeen and the surrounding area. We learned so much from last year’s conference and received great feedback on the keynote presentations, breakout sessions, interactions with sponsors, and connections that were made. So, we are committed to making this year’s conference even more impactful.

We are thrilled to have Vaney Hariri of Think 3D Solutions confirmed as our kick-off keynote speaker and breakout presenter. Vaney Hariri is the co-founder of Think 3D Solutions and the co-author of Think 3D – A Radical New Approach to Maximizing the Potential of Your Team. Vaney Hariri has been helping people develop intentional cultures for over 15 years in many different levels of his community. As a leader in some of the largest organizations in the country, Vaney’s teams saw increased performance, engagement, and a reduction in attrition. Something that he attributes to a communication and coaching style that is real, candid, effective, and open. Vaney believes that at the end of the day, you take home much more than a paycheck and that for employers in the modern workplace, culture is the new currency. It was these beliefs that ultimately led him to take the leap and co-found Think 3D Solutions.
