Wills & Estates (ERLS) *

East River Legal Services (ERLS) is planning an Estate Planning Clinic in Aberdeen on June 30, 2026, from 1:00–4:00 PM. The clinic will allow eligible clients to meet with staff and sign pre-drafted estate planning documents, including wills and powers of attorney. This is not a walk-in clinic—pre-registration and intake are required in advance to determine eligibility and collect information needed to prepare documents. Eligible clients will complete a phone interview with an Intake Specialist, and documents will then be drafted by an attorney prior to the clinic. Clients may arrive anytime during the scheduled clinic hours to review and sign their documents and must bring a valid ID for notarization. The clinic is expected to have staggered appointments with approximately 6–10 people present at one time.
