Doll Making 3.26.26 Ready

Traditional Native American Doll Making (All Ages)

Join us for a hands-on, family-friendly program celebrating Native American culture and storytelling through traditional doll making. Led by Dani McQuillen, this program will introduce participants to the history and meaning behind Native American dolls, the traditional materials used to create them, and how these practices can be honored and adapted today.

All supplies will be provided, and no prior experience is needed. Just bring you curiosity and a willingness to learn together. This program is open to all ages and designed to be an engaging, meaningful experience for the entire family. This program coincides with All Aberdeen Reads, featuring A Council of Dolls by Susan Mona Power. We’re excited to continue the conversation when Susan Mona Power visits Aberdeen on April 21.

Come create, learn, and connect through tradition and art.

When: Thursday, March 26th        Time: 6:30-7:30 PM    Ages: All ages/Family     No Registration Required Small children are required to bring their favorite adult to help.
