Thrills and Chills: ‘Fear of the Carnival’ Haunted Maze & Fort

It’s a night of scares at Fort Sisseton Historic State Park. Will your fears of the carnival catch up with you as you go through the Fort? Join us at our Haunted Fort “Fear of the Carnival” event and stay while by sitting around one of our rentable firepits. Have fun with friends and families listening to ghost stories and possibly seeing one or two yourself. Date: October 18th and 19th Event Time: 7pm to 11:00pm. You must be in line by 10:45pm in order to go through. Cost: $5 to go through the haunted maze, all other activities are free except Firepit rentals (see below for details on Firepits) Also during the Haunted Fort enjoy: – Firepit Rental (cost is $40, includes two bundles of wood, picnic table, rental is from 7pm-11pm. Bring our own items to roast over the fire. Firepit must be purchased prior to the event). – Buildings decorated for you explore – Cast a vote with your loose change to the best decorated building – Hayrack Ride – Ghost Stories by the Campfire – Enjoy snacks at the Halloween themed Concession Stand – NEW!
