Star Party

A star party is a gathering of amateur astronomers viewing the night sky or people just wanting to know more about what they see in the night sky.  Participants can bring, if they choose, telescopes, binoculars, finder/viewing scopes or nothing at all.  There will be a telescope available for viewing.  We will spend the evening observing planets, the moon, and other sky objects together.  This is a drop in activity and you may come for all or just part of the time, but if you plan on coming, please contact the Aberdeen Parks & Rec offices at 605-626-7015.
