Harvest Stroll

Located in front of the Dacotah Prairie Museum and Brown County Courthouse, the Dacotah Prairie Museum’s annual Harvest Stroll is a hoot’n toot’n, grand ol’ time for the whole family! This is one of our favorite community events to host downtown and we typically see around 1,000 people come throughout the day.

Enjoy a day of music with the family while you try your hand at some old-fashioned harvest games. Explore techniques from the past with our living history guides, as you experience activities like rope-making or wood-spliting. Bring the kids to decorate a pumpkin, and take some photos at the photo-op spots. Join us on the courthouse lawn for yard games and giant bubbles too!
