Cheese the Day! DIY Mozzarella Cheese Making
If you love fresh, unprocessed foods, this food demo is for you! Learn how to make simple, preservative-free mozzarella with just a few ingredients. We’ll also highlight sun-ripened tomatoes and fragrant basil from the library garden and show you how to enjoy your homemade cheese the delicious, whole-foods way. Fresh, easy, and oh-so-cheesy!
