“Brulé” with Aberdeen University/Civic Symphony

The final concert of the AUCS season concludes with a groundbreaking collaboration featuring the award-winning Native American group Brulé in a first-ever symphonic performance of their original music. Brulé, known for their powerful blend of Native American music and contemporary styles, will be joined by their Lakota dancers in full regalia. AUCS is privileged to debut symphonic arrangements of Brulé’s original works, creating a dynamic fusion of tradition and innovation. In addition, AUCS will showcase the talents of the winners of NSU’s Concerto-Aria Competition, highlighting the incredible skill and passion of our local artists. AUCS will also perform an original composition of NSU student composer and assistant concertmaster for AUCS, Alex Trujillo.
