Poetry: Session A
Poetry is an exciting type of literature which arranges aesthetic and rhythmic qualities of language, allowing for expression of experiences, ideas and emotions in an imaginative way. In this class you will learn about different types of poetry; such as lyric, narrative, and satirical. You will collectively explore and implement; figures of speech, line breaks, poetic diction, poetic form, cadence and how to identify and implement basics of the craft with in your own works. Samples will be available.
Ages 15 and up.
