The Granary Rural Cultural Center is a unique gathering place for people to celebrate the culture and art of the Northern Plains. The 2.3 acre campus is located in rural Brown County, South Dakota, in the heart of the fertile James River Valley, one of the greatest grain producing regions in the US.
Get off the beaten path in northeast South Dakota to experience a rural oasis. Visitors can stop by anytime to see the outdoor collection of sculptures spread amongst native plants and one magnificent prairie view. The campus also has two art galleries that can be toured by appointment. In the summer, the center hosts a number of events, adding even more reasons to visit this unique stop in South Dakota.
