The Strode Center is a facility available for public use and encourages fitness and movement. Located on the former Presentation College Campus.

STRODE ACTIVITY CENTER HOURS:
Monday-Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Hours of gymnasium and open dome availability will vary based on scheduled activities and/or facility rentals.

STRODE WEIGHT ROOM
Our weight room offers cardio equipment, weight machines, squat racks, and dumbbells.

WEIGHT ROOM POLICIES
1. No users under the age of 16 are permitted in the weight room without parental or guardian supervision.
2. Clothing: Clean family-appropriate, top must be worn at all times and will cover the breast. Bottoms must fully cover the buttocks and private areas. Attire that could cause damage to equipment or risk safety to members is prohibited. Any attire that is see-through is prohibited.
3. All lifting machines, benches, treadmills, ellipticals, etc. must be wiped down after each usage.
