Event Funding Application

As part of the Aberdeen Hotel Alliance mission we make funds available to businesses and organizations looking to host events in Aberdeen that will require overnight stays in our hotels and motels. Funds are awarded based on our published requirements, guidelines and restrictions.

Please follow these steps in your quest for funding from the Aberdeen Hotel Alliance:

  1. You MUST begin by reading the Event funding requirements, guidelines and restrictions
  2. If you feel your event or attraction qualifies for funding please initiate your request by completing the application below.
  3. Upon review, the Aberdeen Area CVB will be in touch with an additional application to complete. As part of that application you’ll be asked to provide:
    • Tax ID # (If Applicable)
    • IRS W-9 Form
    • Event Funding Efforts to Date
    • Event Budget
    • Marketing Plan
  4. If your application appears to meet our guidelines, someone from the Aberdeen Area CVB will contact you to discuss your funding request.
