NSU Fall Jazz Concert

The goal of this event is to develop a better understanding of each other. By sharing our experiences, we find the commonalities and develop a deeper appreciation of the differences, too. Aberdeen University-Civic Symphony presents: ‘Autumn Romance’

  • Immerse yourself in an evening of sweeping Romantic beauty as the Aberdeen University-Civic Symphony performs Glinka’s sparkling Overture to Ruslan and Ludmilla and selections from Tchaikovsky’s touching Swan Lake. The centerpiece of the program is Rachmaninoff’s lush and emotionally charged Piano Concerto No. 2, performed by Aberdeen’s own Anne Marie Giffin.
